The story of Cantiere Navale Gori began in 1947

Francesco Gori started a small shipyard by building small sails and batanas to offer a way of support for the families who suffered from the long war.

The professionalism and the reliability of the Gori family has allowed Cantiere Navale Gori to obtain important positions abroad, constructing vessels for ship owners in Algeria, Tunisia and Yugoslavia, and getting even delicate restoration tasks, as in the case of the Countess d' Azur, centuries-old wooden boat and Amarcord (ex Contadinella), wooden boat of fifty years.

In 1972, Francesco's son, Natale, after working under his father for several years, decided to buy the shipyard in the port of Rimini. Over the years, what started as a small activity, grew more and more succesful, becoming a point of reference in the national and international scene.

Today, after three generations, Cantiere Navale Gori continues to be an important reference point for the Adriatic coast and its fishermen, with precise and accurate maintenance.
